AI Agency Insider: Edition #3

Frank’s Notes

In this edition, we're going back to the core essence of this newsletter - "AI Agency Insider."

This newsletter was created to provide a window into my world, offering you a look into my daily endeavors, challenges, and the lessons learned on my journey as an AI entrepreneur.

While past editions have been focused on providing as much technical value to you all to apply to your own business, today's focus shifts to a more personal update on my current projects and the ups and downs that come with them.

Join me, as I invite you once again to take a closer look over my shoulder:

An Update On AI Consulting Group:

As my business partner and I try to strategically navigate the fertile plains of the AI business world, we are increasingly pulled in all directions by new and exciting opportunities.

This may sound like a good thing, but a lack of focus has killed more businesses than lack of new opportunities to pivot to.

We’ve had a number of tough conversations over the past few weeks about how we continue to chart our course, and sticking to our guns has come out on top.

The demand for AI technology in businesses continues to increase, and we are increasingly limited by our ability to expand our team to service the huge opportunities in our pipeline.

This is great news for you all.

Having the means to build AI solutions for businesses is now a seemingly unlimited source of revenue for anyone who can build a team and position themselves as experts.

Either as a general AI development company – as we are – or as a niche specific company with a deep knowledge of how a specific type of company can benefit from this technology.

For all of you, I want to remind you of what an incredible opportunity we have in front of us.

I know many of you may be feeling like getting to the point we are at may seem impossible, but putting one foot in front of the other will get you there.

At the end of the day, experience in building and delivering these solutions is all that is stopping you. This means you should be seeking out work in any capacity you can.

Those who are getting ahead are putting in more reps, its as simple as that.

For myself and the team, after months of chaotic work there now appears a light at the end of the tunnel. I want to pass on a word of encouragement to you all that yours is just around the corner.

The rocky cutscene lasts 5 minutes in the movies but 5 years in real life.

Remember that!

Update On My $0-10k Case Study

You may be wondering how my case study is going at this point and in all honesty, it’s been neglected over the past few weeks.

Focus is required to see these businesses through to success, and focus is something I have not been able to give to the challenge recently.

Between AI Consulting Group, my channel, my skool and posting on Twitter/Telegram etc I have been torn in too many directions, in many cases dodging the hard work of delivering my AI solution.

Which is what it is, hard work.

Building and delivering for the first time is the most stressful part of the whole model as it is where the rubber meets the road.

You just have to do the work.

You have to build, review, research, iterate and constantly push to something production worthy, which for chatbots can feel very difficult sometimes.

I urge you all to square up to this difficult work and push through it. First thing in the morning, start work and don’t stop until you’ve made significant progress.

This is the part many get stuck on and understandably so.

When you do hit a wall, leverage every resource you can inside my community and elsewhere to find the help you need.

What will inevitably prevent you from doing this work and drag it out longer than necessary is a lack of focus.

Learn from my mistakes and avoid spreading yourself too thin at all costs.

Concentrate all your thoughts upon the work at hand. The sun's rays do not burn until brought to a focus. - Alexander Graham Bell
